When you need to deliver both pressure relief and the healing benefits of air therapy in a single device, the Protekt® Aire 4600DX puts you in control. It features our patented Protekt® technology, alternating pressure and low air loss combined in one unit to treat patients with pressure ulcers that are stages I-IV.

Its dual therapy air mattress is designed to prevent the formation of pressure ulcers. This therapeutic mattress offers low-air loss therapy and alternating pressure, helping to reduce swelling and relieve pain.

Its dual therapy air mattress combines the benefits of LPAT (Low Pressure Air Therapy) and APAT (Alternating Pressure Air Therapy). The Protekt® Aire 4600DX has a Dual Pump Control System – the only one of its kind.

You can set both pumps to either low pressure or alternating pressure; or, you can set them on different cycles. The APAT cycle is automatic and will alternate pressures every 10 minute.

It features the Comforgel® 2.0 technology. It offers an extended range of pressure and air loss levels for the treatment of all stages I-IV Pressure Ulcers. The alternating 10-minute cycles can alternate between high and low pressures to help prevent pressure ulcers.

The alternating pressure pump alternates in 10 minute intervals and the adjustable LED digital air flow touch panel allows you to adjust the air flow and  provides custom pressure settings for each patient’s individual requirements.
